[cw-discuss] IE6 does not connect any more

Suddendly IE6 (on a Windows98 bottle) refuses to connect. It hangs 
during a connection attempt. 
Needless to say that the connection is all right. I also tried with a 
new fresh installation using also a new bottle.
No particular problems of firewalls and so on. All the other browsers 
(Firefox, Opera...) work well, and also IE6 has been reliable for 
almost one year.
I am on ubuntu 7.10.
