The way I installed was a little weird (don't ask), so the menus didn't show 
up initially, but I used the CX configuration tool to rebuild them.

One thing - the menus don't show up when added!  You need to log out/in for 
them to show.  That sucks.  I'm pretty sure kde3 didn't do that.
