Well, we do make an effort; we try to get to pre-sales customers
as best we can.  An email written to sales at codeweavers.com isn't
dropped in the dustbin, and a visit to #crossover is not unproductive.

But we do put customer tickets first, and we have to curtail how much
work we can do on a pre-sales customer, particularly if it's
for unsupported software.  Any other path lies madness, I'm afraid :-/.

I'm planning to post some stats on wine-users tomorrow.

But a 10 fold increase in participation is a fairly compelling statistic, even
for surly old forum haters like myself.
