I understand.

If you offer a demo for free it seems to me that you want to consider
those kind folks as customers, at least for those 7 days, if for no
other reason than to build good will. The down side is you get stuck
with tickets that go nowhere, but maybe you can weed those out
automatically if those folks don't license.
