That's tricky.
The only place we guarantee support is in the ticket system;
the idea is that our customers have to come first.
However, you can often get help by emailing here, or
by hanging out on #crossover on Freenode.
We're looking into putting up a forum system to replace
this mailing list, but haven't really gotten there yet.
