[cw-discuss] Support during demo eval?

Hi,
   I want to check as to what's the right way to get support during
the eval period on CXGames? I've sent a message to this list but
realize from the old days that the only official support is through
the ticket system. However the ticket system doesn't want to let me
file a ticket as I'm not officially a customer yet.

   If possible please respond with some info on the right way to ask
questions while I'm looking at CXGames.
