Just a thought.........

I installed IE 6 in a Win2000 bottle and then copied the missing dlls
over from a Win98
bottle and it works, I didn't do a great deal of testing other then
normal browsing but
it worked. You could install it into a test win98 bottle, do the dll
copy then rm -rf the test
bottle and save the disk space.
