If office 2003 is happy in a windows 98 bottle, install it in the same
windows 98 bottle that contains IE6...

If office 2003 requires a windows 2000 or higher bottle, you are out
of luck.  IE6 will not work in anything but a windows 98 bottle.

Getting IE6 to work properly in a windows 2000 bottle would also allow
dozens of other applications that are dependent on IE6, and dcom to work
properly under CW.
