[cw-discuss] Print to PDF in Crossover Mac

I need to print to PDF with Crossover Mac. Under Linux it was fairly
easy as I could simply select the KDE Print System then tell it to
create a PDF, but I can't figure out how to do it under Mac.

The only printer choices I get from the print dialog are:
- My real printer
- KDE Print System (which obviously doesn't work)
- Wine Postscript Driver (which appears to not work either??)

How do I use OS X's native PDF printing support?
