Hi Jim,

You've downloaded the same file 3 times, and so your download
manager has given it a funny name.  That funny name is preventing
the command shell from running the file properly.  A simple fix
might be to type  'sh install-' and then hit the tab key; bash
will usually put in a good name for you.

However, it would be better for you to download the Debian (aka
'deb') package; you should be able to just right click on that
and install it through the package manager.
