[cw-discuss] Upgrade caches bad HOME dir

Hi Brian,

I was hoping that I wouldn't have do that.  The though of reinstalling Windows 
apps is not to appealing...  The docs don't specifically say, but I assume 
that everything in ~/.cxoffice is gone, even if I run cxuninstall...
