No.  IE 7 and the .Net 2.0 framework both require SP2 for XP.  That has not
been recreated in CX/Wine yet.  So no apps with that dependency will work.

In therory .Net 1.1 apps should be able to run on Mono.  Any thing beyond
that will not run outside of windows.
