[cw-discuss] compatibility with ubuntu 8.04

It appears to - I'm running the beta release of Kubuntu 8.4 and my 
Outlook / Word installs behave the same as they did in 7.10.  I can't 
speak for games as I don't run them on this system but so far everything 
appears identical to previous Kubuntu releases.

P.S. - Take caution when upgrading from 6.10 - it may be in your best 
interest to copy out your home folder and do a clean install.  Of 
course, you could definitely get away with doing an upgrade to 7.04, 
then 7.10, and finally to 8.04 (you'd probably be just fine - I have a 
system running 7.10 that started out life as Hoary Hedgehog :).  Best of
