[cw-discuss] How to run steam games

I have installed crossover games, and installed steam.  I created a new
account and saw the Railroad Tycoon game package.  Since RailRoad Tycoon 3
appeared to work, I went ahead and purchased the combo pack.  However, I can
not get any of the 3 games to play.

Is there an "official" way to play steam games?  I have tried clicking on
the icons on my desktop with and without steam running, and tryied by
clicking play from the steam gui.  However, it never launches the game(s),
and if steam is running, it disappears from my task bar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
