[cw-discuss] TaxCut 2007, TaxCut 2006 and IE6 -- Some other TaxCut 2007 issues

I tried that, downloaded the updated files and installed them in the
TaxCut2007 bottle.  But because TaxCut2007 cannot access the internet
even once to check to see if any additional updates exist, it still
says that you have a preliminary version and prints a banner over
the top of your forms.
