This is a common issue that happens in KDE when there are more than two 
bottles. Each bottle defines its own set of menus and KDE is supposed to 
merge them all together in the 'Windows Applications' menu as per the 
XDG standard. Unfortunately it gets confused when there are more than 
two source to merge from and randomly 'loses' some menus.

The workaround is to reconfigure the extra bottles to put their menus in 
a different location. To do so, run CrossOver Setup, select one of the 
bottles, click on Configure, go to the Menus tab, and set the Menu root 
  field to 'Win98 Applications' for instance.
