The following should help you get things working:

Essentially this consists of running the following commands:

~/cxoffice/bin/cxmenu --crossover --install
~/cxoffice/bin/cxassoc --crossover --install

And for each bottle:

~/cxoffice/bin/cxbottle --bottle BOTTLE_NAME --install
