The inverse is pretty straightforward ((WINEPREFIX=~/.cxoffice/<bottle> wine blah blah blah),
but I don't think there is an easy way to bring a ~/.wine into a crossover
bottle.  You could probably fake it by making a bottle, and then copying
the contents of ~/.wine into ~/.cxoffice/<bottle>.

There are also all kids of ways you can configure the bottle if you look
in the .conf files in ~/.cxoffice/<bottle>.
