FWIW, I've tested CrossOver on SUSE 10.3

and it worked very well. 

I'm still using it on several openSUSE boxes, and, along with MEPIS, I
haven't run into a single problem.

Your usage may vary, but its always been very  stable on the SUSE
desktops.
