The comercial version does.
The free version support was brooken, but I think they got it fixed now...

Hmmm, let me try it with the latest version I got now...

Well suspend now works, but I don't know if that helps any...
testing with a ping while suspended....

yes, the ping continues while suspended...
so it does work!

Versions:  Freenx 0.7.0-21 opensuse 10.3 mainrepository oss
and NX Client for Linux Version 2.1.0-17 from nomachine
with standard opensuse installation...
