Now it runs with sound for root and for one user created before installing
smbldap (admin1).
It doesn't work at all for smbldap users.
For one other user created before smbldap (local1) it doesn't work properly.
It starts then freezes then after a while it works for a while before
freezing again. There is sound.
The only difference between admin1 and local1 that I can see is that admin1
is a member of video group. I thought of making local1 a member of the video
group too, but I am not sure how.
What else could be different between these two users that would make a
difference?

Another option could be to run the program setuid but I am not sure how to
do that either.
