I believe there are other larger problems with IE7 support than the WGA.
For starters it requires XP with SP2 which from my understanding is pretty
far from being supported right now. This should not be much of an issue for
a while. IE7 has had a rather slow adoption rate, which is likely why
Microsoft dumped the WGA requirement.
