Thanks - I am running 6.2.  I didn't realize there was a way to get
crossover to install shockwave automatically so I downloaded the standalone
installer  I believe it was for firefox - I'm going to go look now at trying
to get Crossover to install it for me and hopefully that will fix
everything.

This should all work essentially seamlessly which is why there's no step 
by step guide. Also if you don't see the plugins in CrossOver Setup's 
Plugins tab then it means we did not detect the plugins at all so they 
will be missing in Firefox too.

Which version of CrossOver do you use? I believe there may be issues 
with Shockwave in 6.1.0 and older (at least there are with the latest 
Flash). CrossOver 6.2 should be fine though.

Did you install the Shockwave version that CrossOver downloads or 
another one? If not, make sure you installed the Mozilla/Firefox version 
of Shockwave rather than the Internet Explorer one (or redo the install 
letting CrossOver download the Shockwave installer).
