You might want to give RHEL 5.1 a shot with the increased performance of
the Xen based virtualization as part of the deal.  I am sure the amount of
memory that can be addressed is limited by what the guest OS can do,
but atleast with RHEL5.1 and Xen, you can have a WinXP guest (one or
more) running concurrently with the ability to do live migration if needed
etc etc etc (all at no additional cost).
