Hello Jeremy,

I am a great advocate of web forums - they can literally be a home from 
home - and a great way of all contributors being able to influence a 
problem. They are also a good way of providing feedback to us the users. 
The problem you my find you have is the amount of time a well run forum 
can take. A badly run forum which has not enough resource is worse than 
a waste of space. I suggest you contact my chum Dieter gomeare (aka 
Gozy) at www.thekoss2.org in order to really appreciate the amount of 
work you maybe taking on. You may also consider looking out for 
volunteer moderators from initial conception stage as a way of reducing 
the paid workload - a perfectly legitimate way of working, and one I 
think you will find your customers understand and will respect well.
