Perhaps I've exaggerated. I've purchased CX in February, submitted
some applications rather soon. We are in May and my applications didn't
get yet through.

However I don't think I need to apologize, because as a user I have no
means to check when and what I submitted :-(. I didn't took any notes
because I expected some kind of automatic notification.

I strongly support the recent proposal to make the list of pending
submissions accessible from the user's account.
