If you set the association to 'Ignore', click Apply, all this while in 
the same account where you installed the Windows application in the 
first place, then the associations should be gone.
If they persist, then please open a ticket and specify whether this is a 
root or user installation, your desktop environment (Gnome or KDE), and 
your Linux distribution.
