[cw-discuss] Submission of new application don't work

Hi all,

some weeks ago I submitted a new application but never got any confirmation 
that the submission was received or will be approved. For me it seems that 
other that the wine appDB, the crossover database is badly designed or 
maintained. After submitting the form you not even receive a confirmation. 
Thats very disappointing for those who submit new applications and want to 
vote for them.
