Question 1:

When I did a reply all, it copied you Jeremy... Should I be intentional
about NOT doing that? Very strange indeed. This time, I will let it go...

Yep... 2.6.20-1.2948.fc6

Oh no, it must be a CrossOver bug :-)

I am more inclined to believe that something strange is happening with
the nVidia video driver that takes the keyboard with it (although I see
no issues in xorg logs). I suspect that if I wandered upstairs, turned
on my wife's Windows box, it might let me in by ssh and then allow me to
issue an init to kill the GUI (but I am only guessing).

I have had so much trouble with selinux that I pretty much just turn it
off as soon as I install a new version of the O/S. I am waiting with
baited breath for FC7 and considering jumping to Ubuntu (at least as a
test).

I managed to install the latest crossover office by removing my existing
directories. During the initial install, I then asked it to install IE 6
(which caused a lockup). After a reboot, I told it to install windows
software and it never asked me if it was supported software or not
supported software when it died. I did see the following in my logs this
time

May 17 23:42:49 andrew kernel: ioctl32(winewrapper.exe:3981): Unknown

Any ideas?
