[cw-discuss] Changing CDs during an install

I'm trying an install of Microsoft Train Simulator in OS X 10.4,
Crossover 6.0.1. The first CD loads fine (very slowly, but I think it
did that under Windows, too). When it asked for the second CD, I
ejected the first and gave it the second, but no matter how many times
I hit retry, the second CD was never recognized. What (if anything)
can I do to solve this?
