How can I specify which bottle a program should run from? For example
I have been having a problem with Excel returning info from queries to
MS Access. I want to see if it makes any difference running excel from
another bottle. Can I specify which bottle is chosen when a program is
chosen from the crossover menu?

BTW. What does setting a bottle as default do?
