Hi Janusz,

The reason Steven has given you that answer is that we don't know of any 
options beyond the general sound advice in the FAQ that would help you.

Steven has read your ticket and has given you a link to a part of our 
site that contains information about supported and unsupported 
applications. If someone has encountered the same problem as you in the 
same application, they may have left information on the forum or tips & 
tricks section corresponding to the application.

We would love to debug and fix every program that our customers use, but 
unfortunately we don't have the resources to do that. We've provided a 
resource so that the community can tell us which applications are 
important for them and to exchange knowledge on them and we believe that 
is a reasonable compromise.

If you can think of any ideas that would help you with unsupported 
applications, we'd love to hear them.
