[cw-discuss] Wine sabotage

A multimedia English-Polish and Polish-English dictionary from Polish
Scientific Publishers refused to run under wine claiming it is being
reverse engineered under a debugger.

The same dictionary refused to install under CrossOver Professional,
claiming that the CD is not original.

Is this a sabotage?

I've tested version 1.0, ISBN 83-88756-87-7. I had no opportunity to
test the presently available version 2.0 (ISBN 83-60147-58-2,
