There was a bug in the 6.0 upgrade process on system systems that resulted in the wrong version of a fake dll ws2_32.dll to not be upgraded properly. The next release 6.0.1 should address this issue. I expect a final build will be shipped in the next week or so. You can update to it and this should clear up.
