Hi Joe,

I think mounting is the real problem. I haven't found a really good solution 
for auto mounting CIFS shares from a win2003 server. Also in kubuntu it is 
diffucult to let the users desktop mount without su priveledges...

I will have to work with the fusesmb solution, I looked into fuse some time 
ago, looked promising but at that time was kinda cryptic, hopefully it is 
easier now.

Sure wish some sw vendors in teh fire/ems industry would take a good hard look 
at linux!
