If it IS being done it is blatantly illegal and should result in
whatever company is stupid enough to do it being sued.

But one is unlikely to win this kind of lawsuit without knowing
a great deal about prior suits against ms, in which unfortunately
prior Discoveries have been sealed by Settlement. The proofs
are there to be re-Discovered, but you have to know where to look.
