Dear Jeremy,Jeremy and Janusz ;)

I suppose that if you put these statements on your web page (Submitting
New Application) you will avoid such problems in the future.

It is rather unusual to require some information to be provided and then
silently drop part of it because of internal (and unknown to the other
party) rules. It's just impolite at least.

And if you claim that you want to have your database clean and robust
then entering __invalid__ information such "company is unknown", or "out
of bussiness" won't make it better. And to be honest, Jeremy's Newman
statement that you check everything manually suggests much more
professional attitude.

About timeframe - as I see from previous mails - it took 90 days in May
already. If you wait more than 3 months for a submitted entry to be
shown and next you see that it is not what you have provided I can
understand that somebody has lost his temper. Sorry.

So maybe Janusz was a bit impolite but IMO he was right.

Best Regards.
