Sure; the compatibility center is meant as a community site, which
means it's a place that anyone outside of CodeWeavers can use to
gather and record information.

Since no one has put in any information, there is no information there.

Just so we're clear: if it's not an application supported by CodeWeavers,
we don't monitor, control, or enter data - it's all community based.

Our official support policy is here:
  http://www.codeweavers.com/support/faq/

The key point would be this:
Level 3 · Standard Customer Support. Anyone who purchases CrossOver Mac or CrossOver Linux Standard qualifies
for this more limited level of support. Level 3 support includes fixes for installation issues or major show
stopping issues with any of our supported applications running on any of our tested distributions.
Level 3 support is much more limited than Level 2, and you should not expect a rapid or complete response to
anything but the most serious problems.

Following the trail on the issue you're having with the audio tab
in winecfg, I do see that a developer has worked on the issue,
believes it may be fixed, and that the fix would be in 6.2.

Thus, as we went to beta and/or production of 6.2,
(i.e. had a build that would fix that issue), Steven would
send you an email asking you to retest with 6.2.

Cheers,

Jeremy
