Thanks for your kind offer, but there is no need to do it.

Let's forget about the messed submission and have a look at another entry:

"Bugs" and "Known Issues" are empty, despite the fact that there is a
ticket # 116862 pending since 10th March.

Morover, although the last mesage of 30th March says

        I've entered a bug report for this issue and asked a developer
        to take a look to see whats going on.

there was no follow up to it.

So, what is your policy?
