I have ubuntu at home and K12ltsp 6 (Fedora 6) at school. It seems I
can get some shockwave programs running on the ubuntu computer but not
the Fedora one. Is this normal? These shockwave programs are very
important for our school. In that case would I be best to use Ubuntu
at school also. It's possible that I have CL 6.1 at home and CL6.01 at
school, so that could also be the difference, but I thought I would
ask.
I would like to upgrade our school system to LTSP 5 soon, and I need
to decide which platform will be best.
I have also sent a message to the ltsp lists asking about pulse audio
sound. Does/will Crossover Linux support pulse audio? It sounds like
it could solve a lot of my problems. (Like pressure to install windows
to get multimedia apps working.
Thanks.
