[cw-discuss] IE6 & Crossover vs. IE DOM Inspector?

Folks,

I use Firebug on Firefox on Mac OS X (10.4.9) constantly for web
development. It's just about the best web tool since Tim Burners-Lee
made us all say "aitch-tee-tee-pee-colon-slash-slash" all day long.
It is free, and the developer, besides being brilliant, is very
responsive to bug reports and requests.

There is a (passably) similar tool for IE6 called IE DOM Inspector
(http://www.ieinspector.com/dominspector/) that I have purchased and
used on IE6 on "real" windows without problems, but under Crossover,
if I make the mistake of changing the height of the pane that it
occupies, it springs up to higher than full screen-height and becomes
unusable.

I wonder if anyone else here has used IE DOM Inspector, and if they
have any advice.

My environment: Crossover Mac 6.1.0 and IE 6.0.2800.1106.

Dave
