Hi Christopher,

This is a problem in 6.1, that we are working very hard to fix in 6.2.
Essentially, we have to replace Internet Explorer functionality.

As a temporary work around, if you install IE into the same bottle you
have Office in, then you should find that those emails render.

That won't be necessary in the upcoming 6.2 release.
