[cw-discuss] Being removed from this list

Hi David,
 
At the bottom of every email sent on this list, there are instructions for
changing your subscription, including removing yourself.  This is also a
list
that we never put someone on to; you have to sign up for it,
either via the list page, or by clicking on the ?Discuss? box in
your subscription account settings page with us.
 
Yours is not the first complaint, however, this list goes quiet at times,
and so people don?t realize they are on it, until we hit a heavy
traffic time like the recent weeks.
 
I have gone ahead and removed you, so you shouldn?t get any other
emails from this list.  Anyone else that would like off should check
the links at the bottom of each email (Outlook users may see it as
an attachment).

How the hell do i get off this mailing list this program sucks and ive
already unsubscribed but low and behold it keeps coming email after email
Ive had it packed it in bought parallel and installed a full blown copy of
xp home it works easily done someone get me off this message thing
