[cw-discuss] Installed windows apps cannot find cd/dvd devices

I give up!  I've installed several different versions of cxoffice then 
installed many windows apps which require the use of cd/dvd's.  None can find 
a cd or dvd device.   I've used cxoffice on Suse 9.1 through 10.2 and most 
recently I tried cx 6.0 on 10.2.   Still no cd/dvd drives.

I've followed the Manual Configuration Chapter 6 and still no drives.  I've 
Googled for info on this problem to no avail.  

Am I the only one having this problem or am I the only one that will admit it?

What magic incantations am I missing?  All I want to do is be able to access a 
drive from a windows app.  Help....
