[cw-discuss] Installing MS Office 2000 on Fedora Core 6

Just downloaded CrossOver Pro 6.0.0 and decided to do a fresh install as
I had been using the Beta version.  Removed the old version and all
bottles and installed with the Loki installer
install-crossover-pro-6.0.0.sh, then attempted to install Office 2000. 

The first attempt to install Office 2000 directly from the final
installer window failed as follows:

Window Title:
Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x003c002f at address 0x7eee626a.
Do you wish to debug it?
[Yes]<- [No]

Window Title:
Cancel
The installation of CrossOver HTML engine failed.
Do you want to continue installing Microsoft Project 2000?
(I'm pretty sure I selected Office 2000, not Project 2000)
[Continue] [Cancel]<-

So I started "Install Windows Software" from the KDE CrossOver menu to
try again:
Gets to
Welcome to Microsoft Office 2000 ...
Please enter your Product Key
...
CD Key
<enter the product key>
[Help] [Cancel]  [<<Back] [Next>>]<-

Window Title:
Microsoft Office 2000 Setup
This is an invalid CD Key value.  Please check the number located on
your CD
Key sticker.
[OK]<-

Exit office setup WITH [Cancel] - brings CD Key window up again.  Cancel
twice to get rid of it.

The installation of Microsoft Office 2000 failed.

Error about "Can't read array..."  Window stays up all buttons grey....

Had to us use "xkill" to get rid of the installer window.  Normal
attempts to close
just repeat the array error.

Similar results with Gnome - uninstalled Crossover Pro 6, reinstalled,
and got back to the same place - Office 2000 won't accept a valid CD
key.  Installing IE6 and Fonts works OK.  Restoring an old version of
CrossOver 5.0.3 with Office 2000 already installed and upgrading works,
but my menus and associations are hosed.  Haven't put in a support
ticket yet.  Any advice or similar experiences?
