I'm coming to the conclusion that IE6 isn't ready for COO yet (or at least a
win2000 bottle). I got it to run using the documentation found here (
http://www.codeweavers.com/support/docs/unsupported/misc#RACL ), but can't
seem to get it to load any .html files on my hard drive. The
file-open-browse button doesn't give me valid file types. I see H as a file
type, but not html/htm. I can type *.html in the file name input box and
hit enter to at least see the .html files, but when I click on one of them
all I get is garbage in the Open input box for file path and file name.

Is there any documentation out there for getting IE6 to work with COO 6.0
under a win2000 bottle?

Thanks again,
Steven

PS...I've been using COO for many years with office 2000 (which does install
IE5 by default with office) and been very happy. Been waiting for good
stable support for office 2003 before moving to it. I though COO 6.0 would
give that to me, but maybe it's not time yet. I've crashed Word 2003 about
5 times in the last 5 minutes trying to insert and manipulate hyperlinks. I
may have to go back to office 2000.

Codeweavers...please keep up the good work, you're getting there.

Steven,

Office 2003 installation doesn't actually require you to install IE 6
separately. Simply install Office 2003 (without installing IE6) and it
should install the IE stuff automatically if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks,
Hetz
