Hi Matt,
You should be able to disable all CrossOver Plugins
using the CrossOver Configuration tool;
pick the bottle with flash, and configure, and
then look for the 'plugins' tab.
If that doesn't work, check your ~/.mozilla/plugins directory
to see if you see np.*dll.so files; if so, removing them
should cure you up.
