Hi Brandon,
I am not a lawyer, so please consult your own legal counsel
before taking my advice.
However, if you read the IE EULA, you'll note that the main
requirement is for you to have valid licensing; it does
constrain the exact environment on which you have to use it.
So I would take that to mean that you would need to have
a valid license for IE; the simplest way I know of to obtain
that is to purchase a copy of Windows (although some software
apparently comes with licensed copies of IE as well).
