[cw-discuss] IE License

I'm trying to find information on how licensing works related to IE
running on Crossover or WINE. I can't find any official statement, but
what I am understanding from various user comments, if I install IE on
Crossover, then I am still bound by the IE license which states that I
am not allowed to run IE on any platform other than Windows. My question
is... Doesn't that leave me pretty exposed and without any kind of
defense should MS decide to come after me? If someone could clarify this
for me, as well as provide a link to some formal statement, I would
appreciate it.
