I am very unhappy with 6.0 Professional. I am unable to install Adobe
Reader 7.anything. I used to have 7.07 running fine in a Windows 2000
bottle under 5.03. I have tried in an XP bottle without luck. I created
a Windows 2000 bottle, installed IE in it, and tried to install Adobe
Reader, but it hung up the computer simulating a Windows reboot. After
restarting the computer I tried again and the install completed
properly. However when I tried to launch it the Adobe Reader splash
screen came up, then disappeared. Subsequent attempts to launch it do
nothing at all, no splash screen, no disk access. Restarting the
computer does not help; the launch item no longer does anything at all.

Version 5.03 had its clunky moments, but 6.0 is unusable. Is there a
way to uninstall it and go back to 5.03?
